Kim, I loved working with you on this event. I can’t express how much it helped me to have you in my corner, helping me to make decisions about the event, where to host it, visiting Touchdown co-working, communicating with Christine throughout, ordering the She Flourishes sign, purchasing the food & napkins, renting the truck, providing all the beautiful décor, plates & glassware, and creating that gorgeous She Flourishes backdrop. And wow, what a backdrop that was, everyone loved it and wanted to get their picture in front of it…how fun was that?

I also appreciate that you hired Jacob and had Dean doing all that extra work as well with the set up and take down, not to mention having to unpack everything the next day and wash all the dishes.

There were so many details to handle, and it meant so much to me that I didn’t need to worry and could focus on the ticket sales and everything involved in the live podcast portion of the event…it was almost like we were running two events in one – the anniversary celebration and the live podcast!

I’m absolutely THRILLED with how everything went, you did an incredible job and truly allowed me to fully just experience the joy of the evening. The evening was a dream come true and you helped me bring the vision to life and made it even better…as you always do!

You were a true partner in this in every sense of the word and it was so fun to work with you on this! 😊

Kim is AMAZING!

She 100% made all my birthday dreams come true for my recent 40th birthday party. She puts so much care and detail into everything she does and takes all the stress out of event planning and hosting. I shared my vision and hopes with her when we first met and we communicated all throughout the planning process (she makes it so easy!) but I honestly did not anticipate everything she delivered. It was PERFECT and I was able to enjoy the best day with my girlfriends leading up to the party because I didn’t have to do anything. All my guests were blown away by how gorgeous everything looked when they arrived. Thank you SO MUCH Kim!

I can’t say enough about Kim!

She is absolutely fantastic! I have worked with Kim on several events and each one exceeds all expectations. The most recent event was a garden party (40 people) for my mother’s birthday. She organized everything (caterers, tent, cake, decorations) and it was perfect! Kim is organized, extremely detailed orientated and is very knowledgeable. Kim has been in the event planning industry for over 30 years and because of this she is able to host almost any type of event. If you are looking for an event planner, Kim is the planner for you!

Kim Torrance was key in organizing a bridal shower…

On short notice, for 50 women. She used her professional prowess and negotiated with the Owner of Atrium in Burlington to secure a beautiful venue for our day. Kim did not stop there. Knowing my daughter’s bridal colours to be blush and gold, Kim proceeded to decorate our tables with blush and gold charger plates, gold cutlery, blush crystal water glasses, the works. Her talent is in the detail. She arrived hours before the event to set everything into motion, and when my daughter and I arrived, we were both spellbound, admiring the completion of her work. Kim has many business colleagues in the market. She was able to secure decorative blush and gold balloons, decadent cupcakes to top off our desserts. Kim went the extra mile. She had arranged with the Owner to have a pianist play a Grande piano for the first hour of our event! What a spectacular surprise for both my daughter and I. All in all, we were thrilled with her professionalism, her attention to detail and her flare for achieving “the very best”.

Kim, I can’t tell you how many times the girls have remarked in the last couple of days about how excited they are for you to come decorate our house for Christmas. They are expressing true love for you! Thank you for touching their lives with your magic. They will always remember, I know it.

A wonderful role model…

On behalf of the Pineland Students and parents I would like to thank one of the nicest people I have ever met.

This person has given lovingly, and always kept a bright smile and a positive attitude. She has been a wonderful role model for the community and has reigned as “ Parents of Pineland’s Queen, “ for three years. Kim, I know this is a very emotional time for you. You want to stay yet you know in your heart, that it’s time to move on to bigger and better things. The teachers and the grade 7 and 8 students have worked as a team and made a special gift for you to remember Pineland.

Your hot dog and pizza days were really neat, and the pop and chips were a real special treat. Your skill and caring is well known to us all without you, Pineland’s money flow would probably fall. Your aerobics classes were really well done, to bad our class only got to do one. The Pantherama was a really big hit, due to the fact you’re the president of it.

So this poem is dedicated to you my friend, in hope that your days at Pineland will never end.

It looked absolutely spectacular!

I contacted Kim to decorate an outdoor living space for my 30th Wedding Anniversary. Kim transformed the space into a beautiful romantic setting for our small 5 person dinner party. It looked absolutely spectacular! Her many special touches, attention to every detail and her beautiful staging items truly made this a memorable celebration.
